A complete framework for changing the way you think!
For most my adult life I have struggled with anxiety. Determined to get it under control I have seen 4 different therapists over the years. Some great, some not so much. Through this process though, I learned a lot about why I feel the way I do about certain things. However, as great as that was, therapist use non-judgemental language which means they avoid leading the client and passing opinion. As a result they never tell you what you should do. I came to Annie with the aim of learning what action I need to take to beat anxiety. Annie will tell you what she thinks which is what I needed. Her approach is very practical requiring you to put into practice the incredible tools she provides you. What I have learnt has completely changed the way I think and with it I have become a happier more positive person. My happy days are happier, and my low days are less frequent, less severe, and don't last as long. As I continue to apply what Annie has taught me I know this trajectory of positive change will only improve. Thank you Annie. I just wish I had found you 20 years ago!

Could not recommend Annie more!
I am coming to the end of my 12-week course with Annie, and I genuinely could not recommend her more. She has helped me understand myself more, and the areas I need to work in, and provided me the tools with which to address these issues so I can become the version of the man I want to be. She has helped me get through a tough break up, and build my self-esteem and discipline so I becoming more confident in my own skin. Her online platform is fantastic as you have easy access to worksheets, files, and can use it to track metrics and keep journal entries. What I love about Annie as a life coach is the fact that she makes you take accountability for the things going on in your life, and expects you to work between sessions to truly immerse yourself in the self-help process. This has helped me massively. Despite the fact that there is still a long road ahead, I am now equipped with an arsenal of techniques to help deal with negative thoughts and emotions, and have built drive to become the best version of myself.

Life changing
Life changing! Annie is kind and sympathetic, but more importantly, she holds you accountable (in a nice way), not allowing you to tell yourself lies, which is really important if you want to get any value out of your coaching experience. She really cares about her client's goals and provides practical tools to help you reframe your thinking and overcome self-limiting beliefs. If you want to get more out of life or relationships, you must give Annie a try as, like me, I am sure it will change your life.

I cannot recommend Annie enough! to…
I cannot recommend Annie enough to anyone that’s struggling with anxiety, low self esteem, low moods and if you’re also trying to work towards life and career goals. She’s an incredible listener, with an empathetic and direct approach. I left each session feeling better and having a better understanding of myself. She gave me tasks at the end of each session. I loved this structure because it felt like we were working towards a “goal”. I knew things were working when family, friends and colleagues had noticed changes in me! It’s three years since my last session with Annie, I am still use the tools and skills she taught me on a daily basis. I honestly believe that I wouldn’t be where I am today, personally and professionally, without the work I’ve done with Annie!

Couples coaching
My partner and I had life coaching with Annie over the course of 12 weeks and we found it a very valuable experience. We came out of the process having gained clarity over the issues we'd been finding challenging and having agreed a way forward, which is great as that's exactly what we were looking to achieve. Annie's style is no-nonsense and direct, but kind and empathetic at the same time. She is knowledgeable about a wide range of self-development areas and we found the online resources and platform helpful to keep track of our progress. I would recommend her to other couples looking to find clarity and move forward.

Best decision I made
I decided to use a life coach when my relationship was in trouble and Annie was there to help me see more clearly, understand my emotions and give me techniques that helped me through this very difficult time. I never thought I would be in a position like this and the term life coach was completely new to me, yes I had heard of counselling of course but life coach?? Sounded a bit poncy! But after discovering how a life coach works, I would consider using Annie for other parts of life - anything that requires a change or a goal and I’m not sure how to reach it. In my busy life of 3 kids and working 4 days a week it’s important to have this one hour for me, my thoughts, to be validated and to get a road map of how to achieve my goals. Well worth the money!!

Pocket Rocket Life Coach 🙂
Annie is that pocket rocket life coach that I absolutely needed. Feeling pretty lost in almost every aspect of my life, I reached out to her on a whim and have never regretted it since. Not only do I feel I have gained a wonderful friendship but I am now starting to see the positive effects of all those weeks of consistent, life coaching with her. In my experience it is a subtle shift in the thoughts, beliefs and actions I use to carry about myself that had been weighing me down for years. So I can only credit Annie and her emotional support and strength building techniques that have gotten me to where I am today. Nothing is a magic bullet, so you really need to put in the effort, energy and time to prioritise your own mental health but to have a brilliant life coach like Annie to guide you along the way just made those steps more positive, believable and obtainable. So, I would say don’t waist anymore time and just go for it! 🙂

Thank you Annie
I wasn't completely sure that life coaching was for me and was a bit sceptical going into it, but I am so thankful for my sessions with Annie. She has supported me with kindness, energy and clarity every step of the way, and got me thinking in a whole new way about myself, my relationships, my future and my past. There are so many great tools and resources which she has shared with me and which I now use on a daily basis, and the online platform is really intuitive and easy to use - it's fantastic to have life-long asses to everything we have done in the sessions. Annie has given me the tools, confidence and motivation to change my life, and I couldn't recommend her enough.
